1. To be a Thame Rewards Club Member, you must be over 18 years old & above.
2. Offers & discounts can only be redeemed by Thame Rewards Club Members unless otherwise specified by the participating business providing the offer, incentive and/or reward.
3. If a reward/offer/ incentive is redeemed in-store, a card must be presented to staff for it to be verified.
4. If Thame Rewards Club members redeem an offer, incentive & reward online, specific instructions will be provided of how to acquire this.
5. Thame Rewards Club reserves the right to withdraw membership to any member where there is evidence that they have not complied with these Terms & Conditions.
6. Any offers, incentives & rewards are subject to availability and each participating business reserves the right to amend/ cancel their offers, rewards and incentives at any time.
7. Thame Rewards Club cannot be held liable for offers, rewards and incentives participating businesses provide.
8. The Card is only valid until the date specified on the card. You will receive a reminder one month prior to expiry to redeem your membership for another year, should you wish to.
9. Any special offers are subject to availability and each participating business reserves the right to amend/cancel their rewards and discounts at any time.
10. If you believe your card is lost of stolen please let us know at Thamerewardsclub@gmail.com. Lost cards can be replaced for £2.50.
11. Not all participating businesses will constantly have active offers so it is Thame Reward Club Members' responsibility to regularly visit the website and/or social media pages to get the most out of what is on offer.
12. Membership Cards are for individual use and cannot be loaned or shared.
13. Thame Reward Club will never pass your personal details onto third parties. We will only retain your personal information to provide you with updates relevant to the scheme. You can unsubscribe at any time through emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can see our GDPR statement here.
14. We hope that your experiences from all participating businesses will be positive. Thame Rewards Club has no liability for any bad experiences. We will not become involved in any dispute between the community member and any participating business(es).
15. Thame Rewards Club does not provide any warrant for any goods or services accessed or acquired though Thame Rewards Club.
16. Thame Rewards Club Membership is non refundable.
17. Through becoming a member you consent to us sending you a once-monthly newsletter via email containing all the latest offers and rewards. We will also contact you should their be any changes to our terms & conditions or if you card is due for renewal.
